Application Requirements
Personal Card application
- A valid photo ID, passport or identity card.
- Two copies of recent salary slips.

Corporate Card application
- A copy of your company’s Chamber of Commerce registration form.
- Corporate financial statements.
- A valid Photo ID for each card holder.
